Returns policy

From the time of receipt your goods are purchased you can give yourself 14 days to decide whether it is right for you or not. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or do not want to keep it for any other reason you can post it back to us for an exchange or refund. The cost for returning the item is your responsibility and you must decide this within the 14 day time frame from receipt of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will consider refunds for any products returned to us within 14 days from receipt of purchase.We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any product. Returns received after 14 days following your notification to us of a possible fault may not be eligible for a refund, at our sole discretion.
Anything that’s purchased and returned outside of 14 days ( upto 21 days from receipt of purchase)we will issue you with a credit note for the amount you paid for that item which can be used at a later date to purchase another item.

The item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was when it was sent out to you. The returned item must be in its original packaging and in an unworn condition and all labels and tags attached to the garment must not have been removed. ( items must be returned undamaged)
You must also place the returns note as proof of purchase so the team can deal with your order in a quick and efficient way.

Refunds and exchanges in the UK will be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Again please make sure you enclose the returns note together with item being returned back to us. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge for all UK customers. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
